How to Make Kids Enjoy Eating Fruits!

“Yikes”, “eeWW”, “Oh No” – Are these the words that you get to hear from your kids when you ask them to eat fruits? We all know that fruits & vegetables are very good for a human body especially for our growing, energetic, naughty kids.

Well, then how do we make our kids eat fruits & vegetables? Not just eat them, but actually enjoy them?

Believe it or not, I have solved this problem for my daughter (and for her friends too)! Now my daughter is always ready to have her fruits in the morning, afternoon, and evening! Don’t believe me? Would you like to know my secret 🙂 ?

First of all, as you know, kids believe in having fun! Lots of fun! Right? Whenever you add fun to anything whether learning a language or eating food, you will inculcate an interest to try it!

So why not make fruits a fun-thing! Yes, both to look at and too!CFT Fresh Morning Flowers - Healthy Fruit Snacks

Look at the “Fresh Morning Flowers” fruit arrangement or how about the “Mini Fruit Fort” (below).

Total time to make these awesome arrangements? Just 5 min each. Ok, I am not counting the time you would take the fruit out of your fridge and wash them.

How? Just take my ideas and follow them using a fruit cutter. Well, you can use any cutter you like but I have used the Pop-Chef fruit cutter.

When I saw the Pop-Chef fruit cutter ad for the first time, I fell in love with the idea right away! However, just like anyone else, I was skeptical to try it. I coudn’t believe that Pop-Chef is really so simple to use. I was looking for catches 🙂

Well, it was quite inexpensive ($10) given the benefits. So, I decided to give it a try!

The day after I got my Pop-Chef, I started preparing simple, healthy, beautiful “Fruit snacks” for my daughter and her friends. They absolutely adore eating fruits now! CFT_MiniFruitFort

We are already planning to have a “Fruity play date”. They are going to use their creativity to make awesome fruit arrangements using Pop-Chef.

Of course, there are some leftovers too. I eitehr simply eat them myself or use them in fruit smoothies. So, no waste what-so-ever.

If you’d like you can buy your own Pop-Chef, too ($10 + S&H) and make fruit eating a fun treat for yourself and your darling kiddos.
